  4. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting – Ensuring the scheme meets legal requirements and providing reports to trustees, regulators, and employers.
  5. Calculating Pension Benefits – Working out entitlements based on salary, length of service, and scheme rules.
  6. Managing Transfers & Retirements – Processing pension transfers, early retirements, and withdrawals.

Who Can Be a Pension Administrator?
